I contacted Karen after being let down on a personalised saddle pad, I thought it would be too late for anyone to make me what I wanted in time but from the first message I sent, Karen responded quickly and done everything she could to help me. My saddle pad arrived within a few days and is even better than I imagined it, it’s really good quality and very good pricing. I would highly recommend and will definitely be using again.

Local business could not fulfil simple instructions. Inconsistent logo placement nowhere near where was agreed then did not accept responsibility for the error. Unprofessional and dissappinted with the entire work that was done. All my garments are effectively resigned to the bin and no compensation offered. Would not recommend them for any future work.
