I had a great experience and love the bags. I ordered the Luxe croc shopper for work as it can carry my laptop etc. straps and everything still going strong after filling it with heavy things for a year now :) I also got the luxe croc quinn as a small weekend/pub bag and it has been perfect. Great quality, lovely feel vegan leather and perfect personalisation. Also lovely packaging when delivered too. Highly recommend. Have now just ordered one for my sisters birthday too :) Thanks JLR xo

I placed my order on the 7th November my bow was on back order after chasing on the 1st December on social media I was advised the bow is on back order I was told if I change my bow and pay extra they can dispatch so I paid the extra on the 1st December still no order I have chased and chased and the emails seem pretty standard emails that I am getting back some
Been copy and pasted and doesn’t actually answer my questions. I am not sure if I ordered from a Legit company & now worrying as I used my bank card to place this order! I have sent another two emails tonight but now starting to worry

This company seems legit through their Google Results (featuring on ASOS) however I am NOT having a good experience dealing with them direct.
I ordered a bag on 12th September 2021 that was out of stock but due to come back in the following day (13th September). Since then, I have seen via their Social Media presence that the item I ordered has returned to stock twice yet I have received no dispatch information.
I have received standard emails assuring me that they have my order and are experiencing delays due to the pandemic which I think is unlikely now that we are mostly BAU again.

I received a Johnny loves Rosie bag for my birthday and I am in love!! It’s so beautiful and the customisation makes it so unique to me. I just saw the new website launched and It looks incredible! I ordered a powder blue bag with my initials printed on the front after seeing them advertised on this morning as I thought they looked really lovely. After waiting 3 months for the bag to arrive (which I can understand with the current covid situation) the company had put the completely wrong initials on the bag. I contacted customer service and their reply was incredibly slow. The bag quality was honestly not that great either considering the price I paid. This is just my experience but I would recommend to avoid...
