Attended the CCTV Course in early Nov 2021, thoroughly enjoyed the course and all the content covered within, also the way it was taught by Rodger was pretty good, he made it quite simple and used multiple examples from all his previous experience. Prior to the course I also received sufficient information on details about the course and how it would be carried out. Credit to Rodger and Haseeb for making the duration of the course go smoothly and being very approachable. Will definitely return in the future if I require further training/courses

Great communication before the event by admin. Received all the pre-course info in good time. The on-site admin was professional and supportive. The tutors for security and first aid were seasoned industry veterans who know all the ins and outs of this type of work and were very willing to share real life experiences gained.. We benefitted from the tutors’ experiences of many elements of security. All our questions were answered in detail ensured everyone left fully aware.

I took a course in paediatric first aid and was really happy with the content and delivery. The original date I had was cancelled as unfortunately the trainer had a bereavement in the family but instant services were excellent at re-organising for a time that was suitable for me.

I attended a Door Supervisor course with Instant Service in Dec 2018. The course is an extremely helpful and informative, especially in conjunction with multi-modal approach (theory and practice). Training materials were well organized and provided good case studies. Instructor was extremely professional and pleasant to learn from. The instructor, Rodger is very easy to communicate with and very interesting with real life examples of the course materials. I enjoy learning about this material to help me do my job. I will definitely recommend this training to others as well as plan to attend other

I paid for the door supervisor course with ITA funding which was good.
The course was simple and well laid out. I passed and got my certificate after the results.
The trainer was great and he kept everything simple and realistic. The last two days especially were fantastic as we got some laughs. I am pleased with the way everything was done and would definitely recommend this company for security licence training.
