Absolutely fantastic quality and service. I bought a Firstlight ring led table light several years ago and have always loved it. It is so stylish and unusual, I have had many friends asking about it. Horrors when the remote control ended up soaked in Prosecco (double horrors, really!). I really missed using the light. On the off chance I emailed the company to see if I could buy a replacement but, unfortunately, they are only sold as a unit with the lamp. However, after a bit of investigation to confirm the model, a replacement was sent. Despite offering to pay it was free of charge. All of this
