If success can be measured by the dedication and comradeship of our people, then we have been truly successful. We would not have developed to where we are today without our people. And we have good people, who care about what they do. Their work ethic and dedication, particularly evident in times of global crises, is without question, inspiring.
Around 25% of our total business is made up of the transport of dangerous goods. Many companies shy away from this niche market due to its complexity, so we find that many of our competitors make use of our specialism in this sector and utilise our services.

Since then I have continued to renew my qualification, but have handed the official reins of the company DGSA role to Simon Morley, alongside his colleagues Derek Heap and Dean Emsley as fellow DGSAs.In addition to this, all members of our team involved in this area of our job are awareness trained and frequently refreshed as regulations change.
All business transactions are subject to our terms and conditions. These are aligned to BIFA 2021, which are standard across the freight forwarding industry. In the case of International movements, CMR usually takes precedence. As a BIFA member, we are required to ensure that a minimum level of insurance is in place.

For a company acting as a Customs Agent, in order to be protected by.

STAY WELL AWAY, Communication poor . Pallet delayed by a week no one bothered to tell us but accounts can communicate with us asking for payment. Eventually arrived goods missing off pallet. They then blamed the driver who did the last 20 miles of the trip to our preemies, He only had our load on his van and so no way he has stole goods. Made James one of the so called managers aware promises to look at CCTV etc surprise surprise no reply now. We have booked another company to bring goods to Tenerife £100 cheaper and service is first class. ITAL logistics stay away from them and make sure you

I was asked to pick up a pallett from Lancaster and drop into Ital at Heywood by Rochdale Transport Hire. The staff member in the reception was fantastic and very helpfull. Keep up the great work and hopefully you will use B.W Transport again one day.

I have used Ital-Logistics many times since I live in the UK. My last experience will be my final one as their service left me utterly disappointed. They organised a delivery to my home without contacting me over the phone to arrange it and make sure someone would be available at the property to collect the shipment. Having wasted the delivery they thought well of charging me for an extra £42 to redeliver even though I had never been able to confirm the first delivery. After multiple emails and phone calls that went on for 3 days they refused to apologise and to redeliver without the extra charge
