Our engineers are qualified heating and plumbing engineers to city and guilds level 3 and both Tim and Simon have been Oftec and Gas safe registered in the past. Tim the owner of the Business came round and gave me a quote and explained a lot how much my water change and with no hassle to buy from them just leaving me with a lovely brochure and time to think about.
Within a week I have got a lovely, fitted water softener fitted by a pro Simon, who takes pride in his work and takes time to explain everything how the water softener works and what you need to know to change the salt.

Super happy, CWS are experts in their field of expertise. I have multiple units supplied and installed by them, all work faultlessly and needless to say but as soon as I recently moved house I was straight in touch to ask them to install a new system as I noticed not having softened water right away.

We had our unit installed Friday by Simon- fantastic service, lovely friendly & informative installer!! Very impressed. Taste of the fresh water, tea & coffee has enhanced the flavour- no more stained cups. Saving money on reduced drops of washing up liquid & washing smells amazingly fresh!! We would not hesitate to recommend at all. Quality product.

Professional and friendly team, answered all my questions promptly and gave us confidence to place order with them. We decided to opt for Mnimax M3 water softener. The system was fitted within a day in early April, engineer left site clean / tidy. We are pleased with the installation, only need topping up salt blocks every 4 weeks. Took a short time to get use to 'smooth' soften water, now enjoying the benefits of soften water.

Speaking with Anne over the phone and after sending through some pictures of under my sink she was able to give me all the information I needed to make my decision.
Simon who was the installing engineer was amazing, not only was he exceptionally diligent, but spent the time to ensure that I was being told how things were going to be set up and how to look after my new system.

We are delighted with our experience with Cotswold Water Softeners. The engineer who fitted our system, Simon, was absolutely brilliant - extremely tidy, courteous doing expert work. He also took the time to explain very clearly how the system works and things that we should know. The support from Anne in the office was also excellent. Would recommend!

Such lovely people and such excellent service completed on time with no fuss and no mess! Tim visited first to tell us about the softener and explain the process. In no way was he into hard selling. Just a competent, knowledgeable, pleasant guy. Then came the excellent Simon who did a perfect job and treated us oldies with such patience and kindness. Even Ann on the phone was excellent and no request was too much trouble. We have been most impressed with them all. No more nasty hard water for us thanks to the wonderful Cotswold Water Softeners team. A big thank you to them all!
