Mike Dobson is the principal of Blue River and has been part of the financial services community for almost 27 years. Mike believes that the role of Financial Planner is every bit as important as a Chartered Accountant or Lawyer.
From the beginning of his career, Mike has undertaken a rigorous programme of professional exams and qualified as a Certified Financial Planner in 2001, becoming a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments on its merger with the Institute of Financial Planning in 2015.In addition to robust knowledge and experience, Mike has studied the field of behavioural finance.
