A Loft By Design Ltd was established in 1992 with the view to mainly catering for the domestic local market. However, its success has enabled us to explore other areas in the south east. We mainly like to stay in the Kent and Surrey areas but South London is a big market for us too. A Loft By Design Ltd is a small boutique company, offering an unparalleled service that other larger companies cannot offer.

Mr Paul Lait, the director, has understood that we have so much home grown talent in the southern counties that he has been giving apprentice opportunities for good young people who want to work in this industry.
