Always have to prebook earlier than an hour. Android app doesn't work as I got my money blocked and also it automatically changed my pick up location to nearest motorway. Executives were helpful in refund process which took exactly two weeks. They told not to use the app anymore and call directly. Faulty App is still there in app store.

Prebooked the previous day to pick myself and two family members up from a hotel to a christening. Our taxi was late, causing us to miss the first 10 minutes. The woman on the phone was rude, blunt and unapologetic. Also when I tried to call again (15 minutes after she said it would be 5 minutes) they kept answering and hanging up on me.
Definitely would not use them again and I would advise booking with a different company if you plan on being anywhere on time.

So, I have used the service before and things have been absolutely fine. I will make a point that on several occasions, Radio Cabs drivers have shown that they are dangerous drivers. I have had one overtake me (a large van) on 15/06/21, he was maybe a meter from the van when pulling out, and cut back in less than a meter in front. I also had another driver in a Vauxhall Insignia overtake me in a place where there is a junction on each side- this is unsafe driving for people that drive for a living. Ridiculous.
