Marcel was truly amazing. I cannot recommend him enough.
I have been having problems with my sewing machine for quite some time, I'd even had a repair carried out a couple of months prior, but I continued to have issues everytime I sat down to sew. I was so frustrated.
I called Marcel to arrange a repair and he told me to get out my machine and proceeded to talk me through what was wrong and how I could resolve it. Just like that. Months of frustration sorted.
When I asked how much and how to pay, Marcel said it was fine and he was glad to be of service!! I have NEVER had such a positive experience

Marcel thought my problem would be pretty easy to fix and so I had telephone tuition in sewing machine repair. Fortunately I have a telephone headset and am pretty handy, and he didn't mind my cursing too much : )

He is the best engineer, absolutely THE BEST !
I have had used him for the last 10 years since I opened my Alterations shop and never been disappointed by his service , he knows his job so well . I've tried few other engineers but none of them could service my industrial machines as perfect as Marcel does it. Highly recommended !!

I bought a secondhand industrial buttonhole making sewing machine online and it didn’t work when I received it. I contacted many sewing machine engineers nearby to fix it but most of them were not be able to offer service for an old industrial machine. Luckily, I contacted Iamsewing and Marcel repaired it right away! Marcel is a very skilled, professional and reliable engineer. He is the best really!!! It was a simply perfect job and I’d find him again if I have a problem with other sewing machines home!!! Highly recommended! Thank you very much for your excellent job!

Just had my machine motor changed with various other things done to my overlocker by Marcel, best mechanic ever. He has serviced my industrial overlockers and machines for the past 10 years. I will not use any other mechanic, he is totally trustworthy, his knowledge on all machines both industrial and home machines is vast. Thank you so much for you dedication and hard work.

Marcel is a godsend he worked so well and precisely on my old machine! Talk about knowing his stuff! Highly highly recommended. Showed me what I'd done wrong, and mended my fault. Serviced too. Absolutely fantastic. A pleasure to listen and watch. 100% will use him again.. Worth every penny, which i hasten to add was not to badly priced.
