We also work closely with a number of reputable companies which enables us to provide a whole range of services including equipment maintenance, IT support and office supplies.
If your computer, printer or photocopier in London or the South East is experiencing a problem, you want an immediate solution. At SA Office Systems, we provide remote support to provide assistance as soon as you need it. Remote software tools allow us to connect with your computer and quickly find the source of the problem.
If your machine cannot be repaired within a reasonable time frame you will be provided with a loan machine. If your machine is deemed beyond repair (not through accidental damage), you will be supplied with a replacement machine free of charge, for the duration of your service agreement. There are no hidden charges such as excess coverage charge, yearly extended warranty/service charges, annual fees for machine monitoring etc.

We have been using SA Office Systems for a number of years now and have always found them extremely courteous, friendly and efficient. Their technical know-how is also second to none. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for copy and print services with first rate backup and support. We have 15 large copiers in constant operation and any issues are dealt with promptly and without fuss.
