Rediculasly bad bad company customer service very un helpful theyve give you an email address get in touch with them and you need to send an email 5 or 6 times before they get back in touch with you regarding your order and then they dont give you any insite or help you with your order soon as my order finally arrives I will never order from these again there is a lot of messing around I would rather go elsewhere even if it means paying more

Ordered a dolls house for my daughter after being advised that it came ready assembled by Serena. It arrived flat packed 2 days later much to our disappointment. What made it worse is that the parts were poorly made and do not fit properly so we have been unable to assemble it properly. Apart from this our daughter likes it.

Terrible product. Terrible service. The item I received looks NOTHING like the image online. It also doesn't look like the image in the packaging, which is also different to the online image.
They wouldn't accept my return or give me a refund as they say its correct, when clearly it is not.

Good delivery, problems came when I wanted to return the goods. First they did not send return instructions with the order I had to ask for that. After sourcing my own return. Two weeks later I am still waiting for my refund. Very disappointed with the service. I will not use them again the saving I thought I was making with them has ended up costing me more money.

I've spent the past 6 months trying to track down a king sized Star Wars duvet cover, looking in all the usual places and even considering American imports. Nowhere seemed to have what I wanted, with prices over £100 or having to be custom made and flown from the other side of the world which was not worth the hassle. After giving up the search I looked at Price Right Home who had the perfect one for £25 including postage, so I ordered straight away and it came 2 days later. Absolutely appalling customer service. Paid extra to have it delivered on a Saturday, yet the courier didn't attempt to deliver it on the Saturday or leave a card. Item came on Monday instead. I could have chosen the free delivery and got it the next day (Friday) instead. Horrible experience. Customer service didn't even apologise when I raised a complaint. Would recommend avoiding this company and going elsewhere. Would give 0 stars if it was an option.
