I currently live in a property built by use and have to say its design and how it was built is very poor and cheap quality one of the bedroom has a toilet room caved in to it looks terrible what make you thinks people want toilets in there bedrooms the way the layout is i cannot put anything anywhere due to it having big windows and having no privacy because the house's are built straight on the main road you can hear every car going past I personally think the new builds are boring and made to look all swanky on the outside no sense of communities

Please think carefully before buying a property from Mulbury Homes. Shocking after sales where nothing matters. Its a shame as expected more from a smaller developer. Word of advice to anyone buying a new build home is to go with one of the larger developers. You might get at least some customer service from them. AVOID!
