With a background in early years education and nannying spanning more than 10 years, I am passionate about matching nannies with families, to provide children with high quality childcare.
Our Essex branch is run by Liz Napthine, based in Epping, covering the whole of Essex. Liz is fully qualified in childcare and has been in the childcare profession for 20 years. Nannying consecutively for 12 years. She is also a Mum herself, to her daughter. Liz is very dedicated and is able to fully understand what the families needs and requirements are, what is expected of a Nanny and seeking employment.

I used Mum’s the Word when we moved to a new area, to find a nanny for two young children due to going back to work full-time. Emma was professional and responsive on the phone and shared excellent candidates that were suitable for our family circumstances. She had clearly listened to our requirements.
