Services
You are entitled to guaranteed FREE loft insulation with Greentherm Energy Solutions Ltd. We are dedicated to providing home-owners, landlords and tenants with FREE loft insulation installations which help to lower fuel bills', save money, and drastically reduce a properties carbon emissions; pushing homes and properties up the efficiency scale.
We are able to provide free loft insulation and installs due to funding provided by our funding agent; GSI Carbon Solutions. GSI and Greentherm work towards, and in accordance with, the Government's CERT (Carbon Emissions Reduction Target) programme which provides loft insulation to all owner-occupied and private-rented households.
Loft insulation is a thick material made from Glass Mineral Wool, the Glass Mineral Wool is rolled out between, and over the loft joists, acting as a blanket. It stops heat from escaping through your roof and not only keeps your house warm during the winter, but also keeps it cool during the summer.
Not only do we provide free loft insulation installs, we also provide part funding for solid wall insulation; walls which do not inhabit a cavity or are 'solid' require Internal or External Wall Insulation (IWI/EWI). IWI/EWI is an insulation layer designed to prevent heat loss and is typically used for older properties with solid walls, where cavity wall insulation is not possible.
