Formed in 1999 by Mr Felice Santoriello a State registered Paramedic with over 30 years of operational experience in the NHS Ambulance service, we exist to provide comprehensive, high quality, cost effective training packages in all aspects of First Aid to businesses, schools and dentists. First Aid training is the only thing we do.
We provide a range of first aid training courses aimed at a wide variety of people and organisations, below is our range of courses. The QA Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF) qualification is specifically designed for individuals who wish to act as a first aider in their workplace. The QA Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid (RQF) has been specifically designed to meet the criteria set by the Department for Education's EYFS Framework.
Did you know that an estimated 555,000 workers in Britain sustained an injury at work in 2017/18?. The Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 require all employers to make arrangements to ensure their employees receive immediate attention if they are injured or taken ill at work. This includes carrying out a risk assessment, appointing a suitable amount of first aiders and providing appropriate first aid training.
This regulated and nationally recognised qualification provides Learners with the opportunity to develop the basic skills and knowledge needed to deal with a range of emergency paediatric first aid situations which could arise when looking after children.
Those who have gained a level 2 or 3 childcare qualification and have entered into an early years setting and wish to be included in the staff to child ratios to comply with the EYFS requirements.Anyone who cares for infants and children, such as parents, guardians, grandparents or those who have an involvement with infants and children and want to learn key paediatric first aid skills.

Did you know that all workplace first aiders must complete requalification training every 3 years in order to continue carrying out their role?. The QA Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF) Requalifying Course is specifically designed to allow first aiders to renew their first aid at work qualification when their certificate is due to expire.

The Ironstone Wellbeing Centre asked FS Training Ltd to host a first aid course at Ironstone for our instructors and we all would honestly say it was the best first aid course we have been on. The training from Felice was first class, we learnt a lot and feel much more confident about providing help to our customers if an emergency situation was to arise. We would definitely recommend.

I attended an Emergency First Aid at Work Course yesterday and can honestly say it was the best one I have ever attended. Felice is incredibly knowledgeable and made the learning experience thoroughly enjoyable. I highly recommend them and will be using their services again when my staff need to re-new their qualifications.

Felice was brilliant at delivering the peadriactic first aid course. In light of the current circumstances it was safe and all guidelines adhered to. Thank you Felice for your hard work. Myself and a colleague attended the course Monday and Tuesday and I have come away a lot more confident in being able to use first aid when needed.

Just finished a two day course today and felt obliged to leave a review because of how good it was. Felice is an awesome teacher, very knowledgeable, charismatic and a genuinely nice man. The lesson was a really good balance of practical and theory. Plenty of opportunity to ask questions and all answered thoroughly but without any waffle. The lessons were 9-4 but they flew by so quickly and I feel myself wanting to learn more.
I did another first aid course 2 years ago with a different company and felt like I was just being lectured, very classroomy feel and not much guidance through the practical

Excellent first aid training with a paramedic! I have been attending first aid courses for decades for my profession and this is by far the best. This is the first time I have learned how to use a defibrillator and I really really confident to be of service to someone in a situation requiring defibrillation now. Highly recommended and half the price is other courses. Thank you for making first aid functional and fun!
