Our home made macarons make delicious wedding favours and come in a range of flavours and fillings. Made with fine ground almonds, Italian meringue and wherever possible our home grown fruit and berries, our macarons can be decorated in a variety of ways and individually bagged, boxed or added to your dessert table for a great sweet treat for your wedding guests!

Stephen and Kean have been amazing from start to finish! I can’t thank them both enough. I wanted a black wedding cake and it wasn’t as easy I thought to find someone who would be able to make that. From start to finish Kean and Stephen got my vision and they where so helpful and always speedy to respond, I feel it’s quite rare but they genuinely… understood exactly what I wanted and honestly knew I wouldn’t have to worry about anything from the moment I booked them and I didn’t! The cake was utterly amazing and I was so excited to see it on the wedding day

Words can barely describe how happy we are that myself and my husband chose to use Blossom Tree Cake Company for our wedding cake. If you are looking for a true, absolutely stunning work of art for your big day, we cannot recommend Kean and Stephen enough.
Correspondence was polite, friendly and professional. The tasting we were invited to was… fantastic, and we gladly shared the flavours we tried with our family and friends, who were blown away by the quality of the cake.

These guys are amazing, and I cannot recommend them enough!
Firstly our wedding cake was just STUNNING! We were truly blown away as I think were all the other guests. Honestly it was just spectacular and no words really can cover quite how special it was.
Secondly the flavours that these guys offer...there are so many yummy combinations that it makes for very difficult choosing, but the ones that we did choose, were fresh, scrumptious and incredibly enjoyable.
I also have to just comment on the sugar flowers, they were incredible!! So many guests thought they were real, these guys are SO talented

We used Blossom Tree to make our wedding cake and the photographer I have attached does not do the cake justice. Not only was the cake one of the best made cakes I have seen but the people behind the cakes are the nicest people who were more than accommodating to all and every request we had about the cake design/colour/flavourings. I would recommend Blossom Tree not only for wedding cakes but any celebration cakes you need.

We were absolutely blown away by the cake Kean made for us for our wedding day. It was a stunning work of art which we didn’t want to cut into! It tasted and looked divine and really was one of the highlights of our wedding. We would particularly recommend the passionfruit flavour and salted caramel flavours which are amazing. We decided to go with Blossom Tree Cakes following feedback from a family member who had some of their cakes at another wedding. As someone who loves baking, the cake was very important to me, it needed to not only look beautiful but taste amazing. We met Kean and Stephen and after tasting some cakes at a Wedding Fair we understood why they had been recommended. Their flavours are unbelievable and we had lots of comments from our guests on just how amazing the cake was. We can't thank Kean and Stephen enough. They made us the most gorgeous wedding cake that blew us away. The attention to detail was second to none. Our guests couldn't believe that the flowers weren't real! From when we first met Kean and Stephen they made us feel at ease, the tasting was amazing and they brought our ideas to life. On the day they set up beautifully and even tied all of our name cards to the favours (which were equally delicious). We can't wait to find a reason for another cake! Thank you thank you!

The most beautiful wedding cake ever. Looked stunning and all three flavours were delicious. We had many compliments from our guests about how beautiful the cake looked and that it was the best wedding cake they had ever seen.
Kean and Stephen were fanatic throughout the whole process and know exactly what they are doing. Plenty of unique flavours to choose from. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We can cannot recommend them enough.

Kean and Stephen are actual cake geniuses and we would 100% recommend them to anyone and everyone! The cake looked amazing and the sugar flowers were so lifelike my mum was convinced that they were from the florist until I told her otherwise! The cake was just impeccable and everything we described and wanted!

The cake was simply… stunning - so many guests commented on how beautiful it looked as well as how good it tasted! Choosing our flavours was so difficult because of the huge array they had to sample - our choices of Apple Chai Latte and Strawberry and Rhubarb Gin went down excellently though.

Could not recommend Blossom Tree cake company enough! From first contacting Kean and Stephen they have been beyond helpful and accommodating. They provided extensive options in cake flavours for us to try at our cake sampling. They also accommodate for gluten free, which is AMAZING as many companies I contacted didn’t. The flavours and cake quality was perfect, which made it so hard to choose.
Planning a wedding through a pandemic, date changes and change in plans was never too much for these guys! They couldn’t have been more accommodating! In the end we squeezed a wedding in before lockdown

We used Blossom Tree Cale Company for our wedding cake in February. It was absolutely incredible. Our guests… couldn’t believe it was real it was so perfect. From the tasting and creation session to delivery Kean and Stephen were fabulous and our cake not only looked amazing it tasted even better. Even slices which were left out until we cleared up 2 days later were still perfectly moist. Luckily we’ve got some left so we can keep remembering and enjoying our day for some time yet!

If you want the best of everything, from customer service to cake tasting and design discussion to having the most stunning and delicious wedding cake on the day, you need go no further than Blossom Tree Cake Co. and I had the most stunning wedding cake and Kean and Stephen were able to address some dietary issues without sacrificing taste. In… addition they created from edible sugar paste the same flowers we had in our table floral displays. How incredible is that?! The cake was a showstopper all the way. We HIGHLY recommend Blossom Tree Cake Company! Bravo!

We recently had Kean and Stephen make our wedding cake. From the first meeting Eva and I were extremely… impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail of Kean and Stephen, they listened to Eva’s multiple requests and nothing was too much trouble. But mainly, their cake and flavours were incredible! Would highly recommend.
