The 5 stars do reflect my gratitude, but Doug at A Touch of Glass has repeatedly saved my bacon, to put it politely. Thanks to him I've had school prizes created in the nick of time, and presents elegantly engraved in the hectic Christmas period. He's gone the extra mile to help me, and has kept me out if all kinds of trouble. A pleeasure to work with, and good fun.

Couldn't of asked for better service from Doug and his team, after real short notice he went out of his way and worked past closing, fitting us in right away to make sure my partner and I had our item engraved for the next morning as needed, he had it ready in less than two hours for us, it was absolutely beautiful, so much care and detail was put into it and it was just how we wanted it, he even dropped it to us after at no cost, (really cannot thank you enough Doug for this and making things easier for us, you will see us again in the future for anything we need engraving for sure! Will be recommending

I have been here a couple of times for different things - the first for some last minute engraving and the second for battery replacement in car keys, Ford quoted £10 for EACH key but I paid that for both here! Great service, honest business. Support local!
