Services
Wilkinsons Powder Coating and Blasting services are a small family run company located in South Cheshire just 15 mins from the M6 motorway on the outskirts of Crewe. We have featured in many motorcycle magazines through the interest of our customers and the high standard of work they have recieved from us.
You will find all the information you need should you be considering having your alloy wheels refurbished. If your wheels have scratches, chips, kerb damage, flaking paint, blistering, corrosion or just losing pressure, you have come to the right place. All these problems can be resolved with our Alloy Wheel Refurbishing Process.
GRIT BLASTING is a very important part of your powder coated item as it ensures that after the powder is applied it is going to adhere correctly to the freshly blasted item. We do not blast anything until we are almost ready to powdercoat it, this prevents items from oxidising or being contaminated before the powder coating process.
There are so many variations with colours to make them into a custom colour that we could not possibly show all the variants. It's also where the cost can start to climb if you're after something that nobody else has got. We buy some of our custom colours in from powder producers in the UK and we also buy some in from the USA.

I had a sudden emergency with a horrific screech from one wheel I took in into the garage fully prepared to leave it with them for them to have a look at etc. They looked at it straight away solved the problem in 10 mins and didn’t even charge me! What a fantastic service, I thought it was brilliant they did it straight away and the icing on the cake was no fee! Excellent thank you so much gents 5 ⭐️

Had always gone to Halfords Autocentre for my previous tests and services, but some things they couldn’t do for me because they didn’t have the parts, and recommended I go directly to the car manufacturer.
I moved to the area recently so had my MOT and full service done here to support local family business. My car required quite a bit of work doing, and they managed to fix it all up for me. They were very efficient, friendly and professional! Will definitely be coming back for my next MOT and service!

I have used Wilkinson's for many years for both Car and Motorcycle MOT's usually getting same day appointment. I have also used them for service jobs on my car that are bigger that I wish to tackle myself. Fair and competitive prices and work to a high standard. Would highly recommend.
