Steven has been practicing US immigration law for over 20 years--on both sides of the Atlantic. A former USCIS and INS officer, he served assignments at headquarters in Washington DC and the US Embassy in London.

Steven understands the personal element of immigration, which is not limited to family matters, but includes large and small businesses, investors, and anyone who has to seek permission to enter the United States. Steven and his staff are committed to providing high quality legal advice and representation at reasonable rates.
Services
Through our Of Counsel relationship with Melissa Chavin (Chavin Immigration), we can offer expanded access to legal services in the UK. With connections to New York-based US immigration law firms, we are also able to coordinate personal legal services on both sides of the pond. For individuals seeking advice with UK immigration, we recommend 4A Law (see UK Immigration).
If you have received an NIE in the last 12 months, you do not need to obtain a new NIE. Travel to support a major entertainment production conducted in the United States that would not go on without the traveler.

Travel by highly specialized professionals or experts to install, service, maintain, or receive necessary training for vessels, machinery and other critical equipment required by U.S. and foreign firms with a substantial investment in the United States.Travel by executives and senior-level employees providing strategy and direction to U.S. and foreign firms with a substantial investment in the United States.
Adoptions are different, at least as far as US immigration and nationality law is concerned. On the one hand, they present a core family value and humanitarian principle that has motivated US immigration laws since their inception; on the other, they have been beset by stories of orphanage scandals, theft, and unethical commercial practices.
So, you've met the man or woman of your dreams and you are ready to spend the rest of your lives together - in the USA. How do you do it? First things first: are either of you US citizens? That makes it a whole lot easier. If you are married to a US citizen you are eligible for an Immediate Relative visa to enter the United States and become a Lawful Permanent Resident (Green Card holder).
With the exception of foreign diplomats and heads of state, most people born in the United States are citizens of the United States. In addition, the Immigration and Nationality Act provides various means of acquiring citizenship through ones US citizen parents, or deriving citizenship from parents who naturalize.

I cannot express enough how much I recommend Steven and his team. Having previously been down this road unsuccessfully with a different immigration lawyer, we have just been approved for a visa to move to the USA. Steven was upfront with the costs, upfront with our chances and I cannot fault the professionalism of this group of people. I needed a waiver of inadmissibility for my visa to be approved. If you find yourself in a similar position my advise to you is to be totally honest and open in everything, respond timely to anything they need from you, be pro-active and chase things up (its your

Steven and his team did an amazing job of securing me my green card after I had lost all hope, overturned my inadmissibility ruling and got me my interview. Highly recommend

I am writing this review from my new home in Dallas, Texas having been approved for my green card! What can I say… this law firm, Steven, Lee & Jayne who worked on my case where exceptional. From the get go they made this process very stress free and easy. It took us approximately 8 months to be approved for my green card and it was during the 2020 pandemic so it was extremely fast. Our case was dealt with professionally and Personally and I was always informed on updates and always spoke with Lee on a regular basis & she was always so helpful, kind and friendly. Steven was great from the get

Sadly I will not be using their services again. I'm very disappointed with the service I received and personally upset as I previously had a good experience of working with this firm. I did not refuse to accept anything - communication from the firm was lacking for which you apologized. I also do NOT authorize you to discuss details of my case publicly. I did not go into detail but spoke generally about how I felt about the service I received.

Avoid for your own sake recieved thousands of pounds of fees a year after concluding dealing with them. Gave false information barely spoke with the man only dealt with the secretary who did not know what she was doing. For better service look else where.

I've been meaning to leave a review about this fantastic man for quite sometime. I was absolutely lost and confused when I was starting to work on moving out to the states to marry my wife. Steven D Heller truly helped me understand exactly what I needed to do and gave me the confidence to complete the whole process. I cannot recommend this guy enough. He really does know his stuff and is very easy to work with. Thanks again Steven for been such a massive help!
