My name is Chrissy Gray, and I have been working as a complementary health therapist in Cambridge, UK since 1993. I have helped many people reach levels of increased health and well-being, making it easier for them to be vibrant, energetic and lead more fulfilling lives. I consider my job to be your teacher in health and wellness.
I just wanted to let you know the amazing changes I have made in my life since I met you around. Year ago and how much my health and in particular bowel movements have improved. Thanks to your great advice I have a juicer and have one juice in the morning and one in the afternoon. I have found that activia twice daily has also helped me.
More and more people are using plant remedies to help both common ailments and chronic health conditions.
