We assist our service-users with daily living, taking care of the tasks they may struggle with through ill health, frailty or lifestyle change. The Service Tree is an established provider of high quality home care and companionship services. Based in West Bridgford, we support clients at home in Nottingham and Rushcliffe.

We assist our service-users with daily living, taking care of the tasks they may struggle with through ill-health, disability, frailty or lifestyle change. As well as offering a full range of home care, companionship and domestic assistance services, we also offer twice-weekly social day care for older adults and those with dementia.
Services
Lucy Bolt and Jo Bennett own and run The Service Tree as a hands-on management team who have a close working relationship with all clients and their families or representatives. We have personal experience of trying to find the right care for loved ones with dementia and with motor neurone disease.
Our service packages are tailor made for you. The list below are some examples of what we do but if the service you are looking for is not detailed, just ask - the answer is usually yes. Day socials - a day of fun, food, entertainment and companionship with full care and assistance. Family/Parenting support - supporting you in your parenting role when illness or disability makes this difficult, e.g.
Asking for help can be a big step for anyone, particularly when that involves inviting someone into your home to help with personal care or daily living. A common concern about receiving professional home care services, especially for the first time, is that it can feel like an erosion of personal independence.
We are passionate about busting the myth that you can't live well with dementia and about improving quality of life and outcomes for those living with dementia and their families. Our directors Lucy and Jo are licensed presenters of the Contented Dementia Trust SPECAL method of dementia care.

The SPECAL method explains dementia from the point of view of the person with the illness, how to positively manage the condition and how to work towards life-long wellbeing. As part of their induction, all members of The Service Tree team are trained in the SPECAL method of dementia care.
Our holistic care service values companionship and social support equally with all our other basic care needs. Social isolation has a profoundly negative impact on our mental and physical well being. The impact of social isolation can be particularly damaging on those with mental health problems including depression, anxiety or dementia.

In my opinion the staff and management at the Service Tree are wonderful, they have cared for my mother for many years and made her so happy. They go over and above what is expected of them and nothing is too much bother. My mother has made new friends at the social and seeing her get excited about her 'club afternoon' is a joy to see. Thank you Lucy, Jo and your staff for the kindness and professionalism shown, not only have you improved Mum's life you have taken some of the weight from my shoulders.

Having had a relative be cared for before, I called The Service Tree with a general enquiry regarding the centre, and was answered by Jo, who I was told was one of the owners.
I understand everyone has a bad day sometimes, but not only was I rudely interrupted on two occasions, I was spoken to like dirt on somebody’s shoe. Very disappointed in the patronising way I was spoken to, as manners cost absolutely nothing.
If this is the way the owner acts, then I wouldn’t send your relatives here. Very poor indeed.

Thank you Lucy, Jo and your fabulous caring team. My mum really enjoys the day socials, she has been attending for over two years now. Mum has made new friends, enjoyed numerous craft sessions ( her favourite ) and loved singing. Mum also loves the food. During her time at the day socials she has overcome her fear of being in a boat on the water and attended two Christmas cruises and two summer cruises on the Nottingham Prince. She has been able to due this thanks to her new friends and the help and encouragement from the Service Tree team. She has such a fabulous time. I recommend the day socials
