Would leave 0 stars if I could. The prices are astronomical for the area - you can find hotels that are much more affordable. The website has dozens of errors and they do not offer discounted rates for monthly stays. All in all, a terrible experience from a company that appears to be very poorly run. I will take my monthly stays elsewhere!

Guests used our private Heathrow airport transfers to arrive at this location. After dropping off their luggage, they traveled to Highclere castle with the same driver. We offered them a free baby seat. Dropping off and picking up is easy at the main entrance and they have a walk way for wheel chair users. This also useful for the passengers with luggage to roll their bags to the reception instead of lifting them on the stairs. Helpful reception staff.

Great hotel, rooms are huge, living and kitchen area also has loads of space and AIR CON yes!. Location will suit a lot of people really close to town bars and restaurants very close by but there is a pub right opposite which can be quite loud once everyone has been kicked out on Friday nights and Saturday nights.
It's also just a 5 minute walk into town where all the shops are.
Friendly staff on reception. Some "welcome beers" in the fridge. Nice touch.

Home away from home! We had a 1 bed for 2 people. Plenty of space, massive double bed and the most important - comfy!! Really nice modern decor, very clean and cozy. Everything what you need: hair dryer, iron and well equipped kitchen! Only 5 mins walk from the town center and a very short walk to the train station. The staff available 24 hours could not have been better! Extremely courteous, well informed, friendly and anxious to help. I will surely stay here in future as its a great value for money and much better than a hotel room! Very impressed!
