This is definitely a terrible company. After a long wait, I called to ask about my items, only to tell me delivered it to my neighbours. I was puzzled: I stayed at home all day during COVID-19. Why delivery it to my neighbour? I asked them: which neighbour (I live in the flat)? they said they would not provide any help (because they already knew the delivery was sent to the wrong address at this time) and cut the phone rudely. I bought through Grand Auctions recently and had a great experience with them. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff who managed the transaction process in a professional and efficient manner. They also arranged delivery of my purchase which arrived safely and on time. I will be buying through them again and I would highly recommend Grand Auctions.

I've been buying with Grand Auctions for many years and am once again pleased with my purchases. The staff are always friendly, well mannered and have an extensive knowledge in many fields of art and antiques providing me with helpful advice when required. Highly recommended. See you at the next auction!

I was the winning bidder on a Carel Weight oil painting on 30/04/18. It cost £4,096 and, of that, I paid £768 in commission to Grand Auctions. I am a returning customer and bought another art work about a year ago. It was a very pleasant transaction and I have no regrets there. However, when I tried to arrange pick-up of my purchase, I was met with a very rude and unprofessional email. There was no ‘Dear Sir’ and it was simply signed GRAND AUCTIONS.
