I have been ordering dog food from Fife Animal Feed for over a year and the quality is superb, my dogs love the mince and bones and I love the quick response to my orders and the helpful & friendly service from Donna. Delivery costs are very reasonable and the range of food is excellent. I can highly recommend Fife Animal Feed.
I've been raw feeding now for a little over 7 months and have placed several orders through Fife Animal Feeds. I cannot fault Donna or the service she provides! The choice is 2nd to none and the prices are massively competitive. I looked at other companies but none could provide the same service or products without breaking the bank (mainly the postage costs to my location).

Having rescued a dog that was used to raw food, we tried a couple of places in Glenrothes for raw dog food. Fife Animal Feed by far is the best of those tried. Helpful staff. Great selection. As for the dog… coat is coming along great because of the healthy diet. Although I am reminded to get his Green Muscle treats every time I go for his food. Keep up the great work Fife Animal Feed. Highly Recommended.

No delivery note or any notification was left to alert me of my delivery so when the food was found the following day it was all defrosted and rotten so absolutely no use to my pups. When I contacted them to… let them know they refused to help as I had no choice but to put all the meat in the bin. There was blood dripping all over my bins and carport so there's no way i could have kept the food as the packaging leaks as soon as it thaws and the boxes had disintegrated. Absolutely no concern from whomever dealt with my complaint for the fact my dogs now have no food for the rest of the month

Terrible company for customer service they left meat rotting on my bins and made no attempt to alert me of it being delivered so was not found until the next day no refund or replacement offered as the meat had to be binned leaving hungry dogs and me £50 out of pocket. Clearly they are not interested in animal welfare but instead company profits. Also a complete waste of the animal that went in to the production of the product to go straight in the bin is disgusting. Back to Hungry Hounds for us much superior meat and better customer service

Popped into Fife animal feeds yesterday for the first time to pick up some of there mince food and some pork bones for my Staffordshire whippet cross and wow the service was above and beyond! The 2 ladies were… fantastic, I get really anxious going into new places and around new people but the 2 ladies working were brilliant!! Because of my dogs breed she has really struggled the last year or so to put weight on and keep it on so a friend gave me some products he has purchased from Fife animal feeds to try and Iv never looked back. My wee dog is in the best shape I’ve seen her in!

We have used fife animal feed for the past 5 years, we feed our two dogs a raw diet and manage to feed an American Akita and German shepherd for around £60ish pounds per month.
Delivery is on set dates for different areas, ours is always a tuesday and is always delivered by the same delivery man, a really nice guy and it's usually always the same time as well.
Very reliable company, products are great and you can get a wide variety.

The service here has been second to none. Responsive to questions and very knowledgeable, excellent range of food at decent prices and I really love their personalised friendly delivery service. The frozen raw dog food always arrives to me frozen solid with no melting at all wich I am delighted about.
