Please Note, We dispatch everything on time, but couriers and Royal Mail may not deliver on time - especially around national holidays!. If you order by 1pm (Mon-Fri) we endeavour to dispatch the same day wherever possible, unless personalisation is required or we require clarification. Normally all items are dispatched within 2 working days except for shoes which may take 0-4 days depending on stock.

Really disappointed. I purchased some not inexpensive shoe trees, expecting quality and longevity, instead they were either faulty or poorly made and were broken in a few months and left marks in my special shoes shoes despite using them as instructed. I reached out to Cathcart Elliot who only said it must be user error and offered no recourse. Do not purchase from them

I contacted the shop on Thursday 2nd July by telephone to enquire if premises was open for business.
Lady I conversed with explained that due to COVID19 the shop was still closed to general public however I could order online and will probably receive items the very next day.
I was not disappointed!!!
I ordered 3 pairs of cedar wood shoe trees and was delighted with the quality of the product at a fantastic price the very next day!
Very satisfied customer.
I would definitely recommend this product and business.

Used for the first time recently. ordering is easy, item came quick. wasn't what i wanted (i had personalised the item and it came without) so i got in contact and they sent the correct item straight away. Great customer service. you can tell a good company when things go wrong and they did really well for that. i will definitely use these again.

BEWARE!! never got the item! no refund given! lost it all !!!
after they missed the delivery date, and I missed the celebration day gift they told royal mail lost the item. they said they sent a 2nd and that they have proof of delivery with my signature when I wasn't even home that day. lost 2 times? sounds like a scam 2 me. don't make the same mistake I did and buy some place else. never in my life lost money this way.
