At MR DADS PROPERTY MAINTENANCE LIMITED we provide a complete service, whether you are looking to install garden lighting - security lighting - a new lighting circuit or lighting for outbuildings then look no further than us. Landlord electrical certificates are also undertaken, which we issue when we carry out a Landlord safety inspection.
Very pleased with the completed work and the price is reasonable too. The job was completed quick without any mess. The men were polite and give me all the information I needed before I booked a day for the work. I will definitely be using them again. We called Mr. Dads after our electric went out seemingly without a reason.

I dont usually do reviews as I usually forget.. But this time I was determined to review this company. The service I received from this company was first class, a very nice guy came round to my house, within a matter of hours, he fixed our Decorative gas fire in no time, gave us lots of advice about the fire. This is a company who care about their customers, you dont find that often do you ?

Aadam and his team were an absolute dream. We had our 2 bed Victorian terrace renovated at the height of the first lockdown in 2020 and what should have been an incredibly stressful time, was made (dare I say it) enjoyable. We initially called Aadam to quote for a re-wire but (in addition to the re-wire) he ended up fitting new radiators in every room, fitting a new kitchen (including appliances), fitting a new bathroom, opening some doorways and countless other “smaller” jobs in between (sorry Aadam!).
