Services
To carry out construction and demolition projects there are certain duties that must be satisfied to comply with the law. These are legal requirements such as duties under the Building Act 1984 for permission to demolish and the duties under the Construction Design Regulations 2015 (CDM) for control and safety on Construction Sites which includes Demolition.
Surveys would be conducted by surveyors trained to the highest standards of UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) and UKATA (United Kingdom Asbestos Training Association). Comply with UK legislation with Asbestos Management, Refurbishment & Demolition and Re-inspection Surveys. Quick and efficient testing of suspected asbestos containing materials, analysed by a UKAS Accredited laboratory.
We at Worbey Demolition undertake our enviromental cleanses safely. We process and dispose of the many waste streams responsibly, and maximise their reuse and recycling potential whenever possible, in full compliance with prevailing legislation.
