Woodlands is a lovely park. Shame the owners Chris & Natalie choose to mis-sell the lodges as residential status when they’re holiday. Wake up people! Look at the site licence when you go on, next to the post boxes? It clearly states it’s a 52 week licence, not residential! It is illegal to live in a holiday lodge whether you pay council tax or not.

Tranquil and owners take great pride in their park. Well spaced out lodges giving large car parks and very large privare gardens that cannot be matched anywhere else

Only went into the entrance to the grounds but it does look amazing. I didn't stop because it was raining and I was on my bike. I will return though I bet it's great when the sun is out.

Myself and my partner holidayed next door to this Park, September 20th to 27th, 2013. They ruined our holiday!
Ignorant, unhelpful, self centred, no thoughts for anyone else and so far up themselves they need a periscope to see where they are going!
I would not entertain these people in the slightest. They ruined our holiday by having a bonfire in the early afternoon. The smoke filled our caravan and caused me and my partner discomfort with coughing and runny eyes. The caravan and awning was covered in ashes and the caravan now stinks of smoke. We ended our holiday early, packed up quickly and
