Called today as a returning customer whom had taken a fleet of Transporters previously. Spoke to a Jason to enquire about a fleet of E Transporters, swiftly advised they do not do such vans and that lead time for any van is 14 months. Managed to speak to another dealership perfectly fine with no issues. Was expecting some common courtesy but assume this is something lost with THIS van centre. Had some pleasurable past experiences with Andrew Umpleby. I would urge Management to at least have individuals whom have the knowledge and an element of honesty when dealing with customers.

I was looking for a special VW Transporter T28, and eventually found the West Yorkshire VW van centre.
I delt with a fantatsic guy Martin, he made me feel welcome and explained all from start to finish helped me and answered all questions even in his own personal time.

A company I work for got 2 vans from hear we tuck them back for a service then picked them back up drove back to the company I work for checked the oil on both vans the oil was just the same as it was before we took them for a service BLACK!!! the filters never touched screen wash was empty who ever runs that company wants sacking

Completed what was a simple repair but it took two days despite it being the second attempt at the same repair! I was also promised a loan vehicle on a like for like basis but it didn't happen and the front of house staff couldn't care less with a take it or leave it attitude. The vehicle I was left with wasn't suitable and if the sign in it was to be believed it wasn't sanitised before I took it!

Had this van from brand new . done 28000 miles in 3 years had serivce plane done by vw cleckheaton. since brand new had promblem with the heating system allways running hot all the time . in three years allways said thats the way it is. now just out of warranty now saying its the egr valve at £900 plus vat and taping like a 1970s car. the good thing about vw cleckheaton thay told vw after care they have never in three years looked at this van for any problems ( this is a lie ) i have 2 othere vw vans they dont run like this van . and thay are looked after by vw van centre cleckheaton. i think
