Brilliant customer service is woven into my DNA. I've worked in the luxury sector for companies such as Dior and Burberry for 15 years training people to provide the best customer journey possible - so it's fair to say my expectations of buying designer goods are pretty high. However, when I was buying my dress back in 2012, it became obvious quite quickly that what I thought I was going to wear and what suited me were two different things.
When you come to visit us at Tilly's you will find a selection of carefully curated gowns beautifully created by the industry's leading designers. These incredible dresses have been handpicked by us to reflect the absolute best in bridal design. As proud stockists of 'GALA' by Galia Lahav, Martina Liana, Madi Lane, Vagabond Bridal, Charlie Brear, Pronovias and Stella York; our gowns are fashion forward, yet unintimidating.
Choosing your wedding dress should be one of the most memorable moments of your life. Because, think about it: your wedding day might be the only opportunity you ever get to spend all day swanning around in a designer, bejewelled gown. We're not saying you can't do your weekly supermarket shop dressed like that, but you've got to admit, it's verging on impractical.
The beauty of our little haven of wedding-ness is that we are so central within the UK. Easy to access from all major motorways (particularly the M40 and M42), just pop our postcode (CV32 4QN) into your sat nav and let your wheels do the work! However, beware of the Traffic Wardens! These delightful individuals are 'on it' to say the least, so park wisely.

As Platinum Stockists Tilly's can boast to house one of the largest collections by this incredible designer. I cannot hype Tilly's up enough. From start to finish the whole experience was magical, they made trying on dresses so much fun and exciting, they helped us take boomerang videos, made us laugh and really got my family involved too. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured, every single person was just delightful. I would go here 10 times over (and I wish I could!) to find my wedding dress. Also Kay who worked on my alterations was an actual angel. Again, just so unbelievably lovely and beyond talented. Huge thank you to the Tilly's team for making our experience so dreamy!!

I couldn’t recommend Tilly’s enough if you are looking for your dream wedding dress then this is the place to go. From the first time I visited the shop I felt instantly comfortable and a special mention to Laura who is absolutely wonderful! I found my dream wedding dress back in September 2019 and due the pandemic our wedding was postponed until June 2021 but Tilly’s made sure my dress was kept in pristine condition at the shop and I was given top priority for my dress fittings when the shop reopened in April 2021. I can’t thank Sian and her amazing team enough for helping me find my dream

Had the loveliest afternoon at Tilly’s yesterday and I said YES TO THE DRESS! Laura was so welcoming and friendly. She was very knowledgeable about the dresses and helped pick out a few dresses that were similar to the style I was looking for. Would definitely recommend Tilly’s and can’t wait to get married in my dream dress 🤍 x

My experience I had with Tilly Trotter was phenomenal from initial contact right through to finding my dream dress! The booking process was smooth but still had that human touch, with Sian getting in touch to confirm the booking. The boutique itself and selection of dresses is absolutely beautiful - I knew as soon as I walked in that I was in the right place! Although there was still COVID restrictions in place we all felt safe.
Laura was everything we could have hoped for, she was so welcoming, approachable and bubbly and just radiated excitement for us. She listened to what I was after and picked

I visited 8 shops to find my dress, and although I didn't find my 'one' at Tilly's, (almost!) it was by far the most fun experience! Laura was just fab. She got my style and what I was looking for straight away and made me feel really special throughout the whole experience. I was free to try on whatever I wanted and browse at my leisure, and encouraged to walk and dance around in the dresses if I wanted to! I would recommend the store and team to anyone :)

Absolutely fantastic service from Laura. Lovely range of dresses for different price points and the place has been newly refurbed, so looks great. They are taking Covid-19 hygiene very seriously with masks and gloves being worn at all times. Even though I didn't find 'the dress' Laura listened to my thoughts throughout and used her knowledge of their stock to find something that would work for me and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.

I visited Tilly’s with my mom and sister and I was looking forward to it even after a few other less than successful shopping trips to other stores. And safe to say our visit exceeded expectations. I was a little disheartened after going to few other bridal stores in quick succession after lockdown but Laura gave us a fantastic experience. She… really knew what she was talking about, which really was what I was hoping for from a bridal consultant. I had the best experience at Tilly Trotters. Sian (the owner) was a dream, she helped me and my girlfriends select from her beautifully curated boutique of wedding dresses. I was so nervous about finding a dress. Sian put my nerves right at ease and immediately became a friend. She is a wonderful lady and it was a pleasure to purchase my gorgeous dress and beautiful accessories from Tilly Trotters. Wonderful service - Sian and the girls are really friendly, provided great advice and were really helpful making the whole experience really relaxed and fun. There's a really diverse range of dresses here too so you get the opportunity to try a bit of everything. I visited a few shops but none measured up to Tilly's - so glad I bought my dress there!

After booking an appointment with Sian the owner back in January for the 14th of March. I arrived yesterday along with my maid of Honour who traveled for three hours to get to this shop. Only to be told the incompetent owner hadn't bothered to book me or my details in! The one and only girl working on a Saturday did not even bother to call the… owner to try and resolve and basically told us it was tough and there's nothing she would or could do! Thank you for ruining my first wedding dress fitting, this complete lack of professionalism by both staff and owner is unacceptable!

This boutique is absolutely stunning and the ladies working here make the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. They went out of their way in helping me select dresses and creating a positive environment. Although I didn't find my dream dress here I would happily recommend the boutique to other brides to be.
