Disorganized and not reliable. We placed an order of 61 pieces, it arrived with 1 missing piece. Instead of manufacturing the missing piece, after 3 weeks of discussions, their solution was either to refund that only piece or place another order for a full sheet of material from which the missing piece would have been cut. Very disappointing service.
