The founder of the company, Ben Spencer, holds a first class honours degree in Spanish and Translation from the University of Roehampton, is a full member (MCIL) of the Institute of Linguists and holds a Certificate in Training Practice from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD).
