Currently the company supplies in the region of 40 pre/primary schools and 2 secondary schools as well as embroidery services to other customers. Rather than offer standard products we work closely with schools to produce a range of uniform to suit exactly the uniform brief of each school, which often means sourcing products specifically.

We went to pick up an item ordered which I have been unable to pick up due to a personal circumstance and with 3/4 people in there appearing to be doing nothing, they refused to provide the parcel to me. They advised me I need to book an appointment, it really doesn’t take a lot to get a parcel when you have no other customers there. The customer service is appalling and I have been spoken to several times rudely on the phone over the years! It is so disappointing this is the only company In which I can get my sons school wear from!

This supplier is most certainly not a scam site as I have used them for years. Some people expect instant answers, have they not heard of Covid and the busiest time of the year. Some people really need to get a life and find something better to moan about. Well done Smartypants team for your hard work in this difficult time.

Brilliant customer service by Charlotte. Few days ago I ordered online few items for my Daughter. Unfortunately we received wrong items. I wasn’t angry…thinks happen….specially during this pandemic days. Items were very important for my daughter, but I was expecting still 5-6 days for redelivery. So next day I emailed SmartyPants with explanation of all case. And guess what happened next…I had a call around midday from very kind girl Charlotte with apologize and very strong good will to help sort problem out. My driver collected correct items 2 hrs later and I had it all on my desk at 15

Had to change daughters school unexpectedly two weeks before the end of year 7 staff were amazingly helpful, provided me quickly with full school uniform that day!
Also they opened the shop for 1 morning to obtain my sons primary school uniform which was great I turned up and was in and out within 15 minutes with everything I needed 😊

I went to Smarty Pants Brentwood today, and I have to sat that the service was exceptional. They had the products in I wanted. And gave me advise on the best size to purchase by giving my sons age and School year. Very helpful. The trousers I purchased were of the the best quality. The last two pairs I purchased last year are still in good condition however my Son has grown...I would highly recommend this company. Ha ha - what a joke! Seriously, nearly an hours wait to buy one school jumper? I only found out the wait was that long when the lady in the front told me, staff didnt even acknowledge customers when when they walk through the door or tell you to take a ticket and wait for your number to be called. I appreciate it's peak uniform buying season, but even so. Perhaps they should consider being the sole provider for so many schools if they can't handle the demand. Sorry, but really poor service all round
