I was introduced to Jo by my dental nurse years ago as I often had work and gym related muscular aches-couldn’t believe how effective Jo was and the difference she made in only 45 minutes. Coming from a family of Physiotherapists I was used to treatments but was amazed at some of Jo’s techniques and their effectiveness-would highly recommend Jo and Natalie both.
