Parchment Jewellers is an award-winning bespoke diamond jewellery shop located in the historic city of Winchester. It is run by fourth generation jeweller, David Hill. We manufacture our jewellery onsite to our customers' specifications. We create a special, unique piece of jewellery made just for them.

Our pricing is based on the price of the diamond; the manufacturing, gold work and design work is all included. We believe a piece of jewellery should be special and unique. We design our jewellery with our customers. Our in-store workshop and diamond manufacturers allow the customer the flexibility to have a bespoke piece of diamond jewellery.

Parchment Jewellers is to be found in the historic city of Winchester on beautiful Parchment Street, known for its independent boutiques. Just a note of thanks for your excellent customer service, advice and the fantastic diamond engagement ring you created for me back in December. The proposal went wonderfully well and despite me not having a clue about size the ring fits perfectly.

Parchment Jewellers manufactures high quality Engagement Rings, Fitted Wedding Rings, Eternity Rings, Dress Rings, Earring and Pendant Sets, Bracelets and Bangles. Crafted on site in our workshop, each piece is unique. Our onsite workshop allows us to design all our pieces from scratch. We love creating a piece of jewellery with the customer, bringing a design to life together.

Ethical Diamonds Report

In 2003, an international certification scheme called the Kimberley Process was launched, making it illegal to trade in conflict diamonds. A Kimberley Process certificate, guaranteeing diamonds as conflict-free, accompanies all official shipments of rough diamonds to and from participating countries.
