What a remarkable home! Dad who has Alzheimer's, came here in July after a year in lockdown at another home. In the past months, his colour has returned as has his spirit and fun. Catherine and her wonderful team have breathed new life into him, he settled in so quickly thanks to their nurturing, his anxiety has lessened and we are over the moon. Thanks, you are incredible at The Willows, my family and I can't recommend you highly enough for your diligent care.

My Mum was in the later stages of Alzheimers when we were lucky enough to find Cath and her team. From the day she moved in until her recent death the staff at the Willows have provided the highest quality of care. The staff have cared for my Mum with kindness, understanding and expertise. It has been a great comfort to know that Mum was safe and that her increasing vulnerability was met with tenderness and respect.
The Willows itself feels like a home rather than a hotel and Mum quickly eased into the peace of it. We were able to visit at any time and she enjoyed home cooked food every day.

The best care home by far my nan was a resident for a short period but those 4 weeks were the happiest by a mile.
The manager and her staff were very professional and amazing at all times. The Willows is a care home with a difference clean airy so much light shinning through everywhere its a pleasure to go there.
My nans room was large with own bathroom lots of space to move around in.
Myself and my family would like to thank you all for what you done for my nan from the bottom of our hearts.
This is the care home you want any one of your relatives to be in and cared for nothing is to much trouble

Lovely care home. they take good care of my aunty. she enjoys supper time and enjoy the activities. staff are very helpful. my auntys room is very nice and spacious. one of the best rooms i have seen in a care home, she has her own bathroom so she has privacy. owner can be contacted easily and is always happy to help. i would reccomend this care home for anyone looking to put their elderly relatives in a care home. 5 stars
