So what you're telling me is, you're a Taxi company that can't supply a Taxi for a 15 minute journey with a 2 hour notification.
You might want to look into that.
Called to book a taxi for 5.45pm, 2 hours notice, only to be told that they have no one available for a 15 minute journey. Will never call this company again.

Super reliable, always on time, fab service especially recently for my airport booking. My flight was delayed and I was worried that my taxi would get fed up of waiting at the time I’d given and leave, as I couldn’t let them know because of the mobile charges abroad and the airport WiFi wouldn’t work. But crystal cabs had kept an eye on the live flight times online even though it was in the middle of the night, so they knew I’d be arriving late and came on time without me having to let them know! Made life so much easier

its the first time using Crystal Cabs .
we were picked up earlier than time stated...... and taken to Birmingham International Airport .
on our return from Frankfurt to Birmingham our plane was delayed by an hour and a half and your driver was still there to pick us up .
we wouldnt hesitate to recommend your company to anyone that asked us for reliable airport transport
your service was excellent
