Worst Lettings agency I have ever come across. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Have left us with no hot water for over a month in freezing cold winter and no indication or timescale for when and how this will be dealt with. Calling and emailing we are met with the same response: “this is being dealt with”, and no update on when someone will take some action on the situation. To top it off they send us a bill to pay for the hot water which we don’t even have access to. Absolute joke.

If I could rate this with zero stars I would. I was shocked to see the high ratings but after a quick read I realized that they are all from landlords and that whoever is running the Tennant's side of things has a lot of work to do.

Very bad experience with Complete RPI Management company. We never recommend this company to anyone. RPI managed our property, and had so many issues during the term. One of our tenant stole furniture from our flat, and RPI didn't inform us at all and we as an owner end up paying for the furniture. Very bad communication, almost every month we had to chase for the rent and get forwarded to RPI accounts department. Please be very careful with RPI and letting your property managed by RPI.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My son moved out of his flat let by this company in August 2021. He paid his rent every week and did everything by the book giving them notice etc he left his flat clean and tidy and yet he has only just got his deposit back 9 weeks later. He agreed to deductions even though they were unfair and pathetic (£25 for cleaning when we cleaned the place from top to bottom £25 for adhesive hooks when they was already there £15 for lights when all of them worked) just to hurry the process along but he still had to email again and again. Worst experience I have ever had with an estate agent. They used delaying tactics to keep from sharing the contract, we kept being told that everything was fine and then two days before we were due to move in said the landlord had decided to pull out given there were extensive works that needed to be completed. I felt that they were stringing us along concealing this information so they could use us as a backup option. This showed complete lack of empathy for us as real people who were left homeless from this strategy. After all of this, it has been a week and a half and there is still no sign

If it was a possible for me to put 0 stars then i would. My experience with Complete RPI started in September. It all started of great but as soon as we moved in and they received rent there services left and we received no help. They are very unhelpful and so rude and passive aggressive. We have been sending emails to them about thing that needed to be fixed within our property and its now practically the end of our stay and we still have had nothing fixed. We went for a viewing of another property under Complete RPI which we where told was furnished and had a car park. They showed it to us and
