My name is Michelle and I have 13 years experience in the Health and Social care industry. I have always enjoyed caring for people and my passion for holistic therapies started at a young age. When I was in my early 20's I witnessed how Reflexology was helping calm and reduce behavioural issues in my severely autistic clients.
Reflexology is an ancient form of Holistic therapy where pressure points, usually on the hands and feet are stimulated to produce therapeutic effects within the body as a whole and within the specific areas targeted. The feet are like mini maps of the body, most organs, glands and body parts will have corresponding reflexes on the feet and hands.
Most of us spend the majority of our days on our feet. We put them through lots of stress by squeezing them into shoes which are often dark, damp and don't fit properly. Many of us practice running, playing sports or work in jobs where our feet are not in ideal environments. All of these things can take its toll on our feet and mean they start showing signs of problems and disease.

Michelle was fabulous with my feet, 1st time appointment with her but I will definitely be back. She dealt with my very sore ingrown toenail but got it out, she was very professional & delicate. I would definitely recommend her. I was very happy with my treatment for calluses & hard skin on my heels too. All in all a very pleasant experience. I will be back next year. Thank you
