Services
All building surveys involve an on-site inspection of the property and the preparation of a bespoke report. Where they vary is in the detail - surveys can be basic or extremely thorough depending on your needs, the property itself and your budget.

The full extent of the inspection and the method of reporting will be confirmed when the client instructs their Right Surveyor to proceed and will be confirmed in the Conditions of Engagement which are issued and agreed before inspection.Each set of terms is directly between you and your surveyor, so you can hold them accountable for fulfilling those obligations.
RSAM is currently split into four departments: Capital Allowances, ECO, Party Wall and Property Management. RSAM's private and public sector clients include housing associations, numerous private sector companies, solicitors, local planning authorities and various public sector bodies.

Right Surveyors Asset Management Ltd (RSAM) covers the whole of England and Wales and consists of a team of fully qualified Chartered Surveyors with extensive experience in commercial and residential property.We use up-to-date techniques and technologies to ensure fast turn-around times and provide competitive quotes for a wide range of services in the corporate sector.
Whenever you buy, lease or improve a commercial property, HMRC allows you to use some of that expenditure to reduce tax. Our Capital Allowances planning enables our clients to obtain a tax benefit which could well exceed 10% of the property purchase price - often five or six figure sums. We provide our capital allowances service as a joint effort between two companies - Endeavour Tax Partners Ltd and Right Surveyors Asset Management Ltd.
In principle, it provides a strong statutory framework to avoid disputes between neighbours in connection to excavations and works to boundary walls. The provisions of the act, however, are complex and many building owners and their neighbours have fallen foul of not adhering to the right sections at the right time.
A property valuation is a focused inspection, created to advise on the market value of the property and any serious defect or maintenance issue which could affect that value. Often, a valuation - particularly a mortgage valuation - is believed to be the same as a building survey. But this is not the case; a building survey focuses not on the value, but on the structure itself and often doesn't include a valuation at all.

Homebuyer verbal survey carried out at our property was excellent. Arrangements were made beforehand through an informal chat with the surveyor to discuss our needs, and a meeting time arranged for the survey. Everything went like clockwork on survey day, and the surveyor was very professional and helpful.
