Never in my life have I encountered a more aggressive, unprofessional and quite frankly intimidating house manager.
Demanded we took cash out to pay the deposit as his card machine was not working however no one in their right mind would do this as there would be no proof of this transaction ever taking place.
Screamed at us in the apartment,… threatened to cancel the booking because “what is the big deal in taking £350 cash out and giving it to me”. Refused to let us phone the company and pay it over the phone. Was absolutely adamant he walked us to the cash machine and

Apparently if you're aging you're not welcome here!
After seeing reviews we thought this would be a great place for our trip to london. Oh, how wrong we were!!
They asked us to contact them prior to our stay. I did so and was asked the purpose of our booking, to which I explained we had a weekend of activities planned in London for a birthday. They then TOLD us to cancel our stay a week prior to our booked dates!
When we enquired as to why, the person I spoke to over the phone was extremely rude and couldn't give a straight answer. "Because it's a birthday", "the neighbours might complain if

I haven’t stayed yet , I had booked an apartment for the London marathon in April , due to corona virus the marathon is postponed until October , my apartment in April was non refundable, however the apartment owners have been wonderful and moved my booking until October , they have restored my faith in humanity as we all face very trying times , I am deeply grateful to them and can now focus on training , thanks soo much for all their support , wonderful people 😀

I stayed in 2 apartments by excel the nest which was a lovely spacious 3 bedroom apartment and Riverstate an amazing 2 bed with a wow effect view. David, Uzoma and the team were very professional and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble, they can even arrange transport from airport/trains station to the apartment. Excellent company that wants to make you happy and have a great stay, highly recommended.
