I have to say the repair work was done very well; however the conduct of some of your staff was very unprofessional and left a lot to be desired. For instance, on the day of handover, a man hurried me so much with moving stuff from my courtesy car to my car, as he wanted to leave dead on 5pm that I ended up losing the keys to my courtesy car. Thankfully I ended up finding them again after 2 hours of searching for them on the pavement but it wasn't a very pleasant experience. This could all have been avoided if I had been allowed a few minutes or so to do this, without being pressurised.

Dealt with Vakesan and Steve who were both very helpful and kept me informed throughout the process.
Company recommended through Admiral for rear bumper and boot damage, after seeing the reviews on here I was very skeptical but pretty much had no choice.
Dropped car off on 6th September - courtesy car provided (although not like for like).
Updated me on 16th September - saying most likely ready week after
Updated me on 21st September - saying should be ready for next day
Collected my car back on 22nd September - was very impressed with the finished job.
They have loads of cars there, so can

They were recommended by my insurance company. Quick to call back once they received my details and that’s the end of good news.
The man who talked to me was far from being helpful, polite or understandable. I had never had an accident and the whole experience was stressful enough, even without having to deal with someone like that.
Curtesy car, which I really needed and was supposed to be supplied as part of my insurance, I was told was not available on the date but next week. When I agreed to next week the bloke said they don't have it and it'll be one more week after next, as if he was purposely

Abbey Coachworks were the designated bodyshop for my insurance claim. The process couldn’t have been easier, with the insurance company and Abbey Coachworks liaising on my behalf. A friendly driver conveniently collected my car and left me with a nice, new courtesy car for the duration of the work. I was kept informed of the progress and 10 days later, the work was completed and my car looked good as new. I opted to pay and collect in person (as opposed to drop off), so I could inspect the work prior to payment but I was immediately impressed with the high standard of repair. The cost represented

Because of the pandemic. I only dropped my car off, and didn't go inside.
in reply to the owner. your company repaired the damage to my vehicle. but in the process, completely f*cked a brand new car battery. which had to be replaced under warranty.
and your staff had the audacity to try and sell me a branded one in its place 😔

**IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD**
I was recommended this place by my insurance company ‘Admiral’, even after seeing the terrible reviews left by customers I still went forward with the repair (What a regret that was). They not only have no general care for their customers ,displaying poor customer services and professionalism within the business. It seems it is their strategy to milk you out of your money as after already having my car for 4 weeks it was said to have more problems which had never been an issue for me before, especially seeing as it was recently serviced before taking

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. BEWARE OF THE FAKE REVIEWS.
They kept my car for 4 weeks and when it was delivered the next day it broke down again.
They will damage your car further. They have clearly fiddled with my car and caused more issues. The part that was now broken had nothing to do with my accident however the second place I took my car too said that someone had removed the part.
ADMIRAL also like to wash their hands.
Avoid this company as my car is now undriveable after their shoddy repairs. Bunch of cowboys.

Abbey Coachworks took my vehicle in for repair claiming on my policy with Admiral.
They came and collected my vehicle and dropped off a courtesy car. Guy was very friendly and courtesy car had 1500 miles on the clock.
Throughout the 2 weeks they had the car they rang a few times keeping me updated, explaining what work was being done and that they would contact me on a certain day for another update.
That day came, and I was told collection would be the following week. To my surprise later that day I got a text my car was ready to collect, which was brilliant.
Went to collect my vehicle and

I cannot fault the customer service, the courtesy car, or the repair. I can't believe that my car even had damage on it. It looks as new. The men that collected my car and brought it back were first class too. Very personable and professional. I was kept informed of the repairs in a timely and professional way. I am very impressed with the whole experience. The bill albeit mostly paid by my insurance was extremely reasonable. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this company.
