Our Velux type loft conversion requires no significant structural alteration to the roof or roof line, minimising disruption and being a quick and easy way to add extra space to your home. By maximising head height a dormer loft conversion creates a wonderful additional storey to a house.

Searched high and low for someone who could do a loft conversion. Met Paul and Mr. Garlic who were fantastic. The architect was professional and friendly. Our builder’s James and Tyler deserve a massive shout out in the company. The are legit a credit to this company and deserve the recognition. The plasterer’s did a great job too! Migal (Sorry if… I spelt wrong) was nothing but focused and polite. One of the best companies to work with as a customer and not have one bad thing to say about the people who work there. I hope in future many see this to refer themselves to you for

Boarshurst did a large amount of work on my house three years ago. Project management and attention to detail is poor. My impression is that cutting corners and saving costs is a priority. It was almost a year before I received the final certificates for the work and paid the final part of the fee. After which they really have no further… interest.
They provide a five year guarantee. Sounds reassuring. Sadly this really isn't worth the paper it's printed on. Twice I have asked them to resolve problems from the work. Repeated telephone calls have never resulted in any action. I have had to

Paul, Darren and the team at Boarshurst completed a significant house refurbishment and building project for me. They were excellent. Innovative in their approach and problem solving.
