Absolutely fantastic customer service I can't speak more highly of the staff at Steffans with a special mention to Emma. We went in to find the perfect engagement ring and after listening to what I wanted some options were ordered in. I was not rushed or pushed to decide and the whole experience was smooth and communicated well. I will definitely go back to Steffans compared to high street stores every time. What an amazing experience with Reeve from Steffens! Ordered a watch at 5PM, was promised next day delivery at 2PM - watch arrived well packaged and to my utmost satisfaction at 11AM!! Reece is really helpful, friendly and insightful! Makes the experience very personal. He even took the time to send me pictures to get a better feel and look at different options! Whenever I go to Steffens I get a warm welcome and with friendly staff it is very relaxing place to visit and unique place to look around and that is not just at the Jewellery and watches but the decor as well it’s just fabulous getting offered fresh coffee or a beer or if you fancy some bubbly 🥂🍾 so well done to Steff and Wes and of course your team.
