Gibson's Farm Shop is a family run business located in the beautiful Kent Countryside just outside of Wingham, Canterbury, Kent. Little Crockshard Farm Shop was started in 1970 by Bob (a 4th generation farmer) and Win Gibson selling Apples and Pears direct from the farm to the consumer.

Mike, their son, studied Agriculture and Horticulture in the late 1960s at Hadlow College, Kent and the produce range quickly came to include a wide variety of fruit and vegetables.Mike and Kate have two sons Jeffrey and Andrew. Jeff also trained at Hadlow College in Agriculture and Horticulture and has a passion for livestock.
Services
When it comes to beers, wines and spirits we love products that are produced in the county of Kent. You will find a selection below, but there are lots more from Kent and a far in store. Romney Marsh Brewery is a family-run brewery in a unique rural setting - Romney Marsh, Kent - on the East Sussex border and by the sea.
At Gibsons Farm Shop we aim to meet the increasing demand for locally produced meat products and a large range of locally produced goods. The butchery and processing of meats are performed in store by our master butcher. By request this can be to customer requirements with meat being prepared in front of the customer.
Gibson's Farm Shop is one-stop-shop for all your dairy needs. We stock fresh Kent milk, fresh local Kent eggs and of course a huge a range of commodity cheeses. If you are looking for specialist cheeses, check out our Deli page. Makers of Kentish Blue and Kingcott Blue cheese! We are a small, family run dairy farm in the heart of the beautiful Kent countryside, producing delicious award-winning handmade cheese using milk from our own dairy cows.
In 2018 we extended our farm shop to include a brand new deli offering cured meats, speciality cheeses, homemade pies and pates. Come and take a taste adventure by visiting the Gibson's Deli. Curd & Cure is a family run Food wholesaler operating out of the heart of Kent. Working closely with producers both locally and across the globe, they offer an extensive range of carefully selected artisan food products.
Chegworth Valley is a family owned and run fruit farm situated in the heart of the Kent countryside, not far from the village of Harrietsham. Established by the Deme family in 1983, the farm had originally been a dairy farm as part of the Leeds Castle Estate. Produce on our home farm has been grown naturally without chemical sprays or pesticides since approximately the year 2000.

Nice shop, plenty to view & mooch around.....
Cafe was quiet, lovely staff, polite & attentive.....lovely cuppa.
Sadly the slices of cake we bought in the store were very disappointing, very dry & bland....2 different cakes, but we both thought the same.

Beautiful setting, clean, luxurious goods. Butcher on site, vegetables look like they have been hand selected, cauliflower so white I thought it had aurora borealis around it. The shop has the best in it. Also nice selection of alcohol too! Love it!

Lovely place. Lots of delicious local goodies. A tad more expensive than supermarkets, but worth it for the quality, and the taste. Would shop here every day if we lived nearer

For some unfathomable reason they have stopped selling breakfasts and the Cafe was completely empty as a result, so we left.
The shop is expensive as you would expect for this type of place. Not so good when selling high street brand items and the meat counter was half empty. There are other nic nacs to enjoy but it really doesn't warrant the drive out there.

Farm shop is good quality and priced similar to other farm shops, so reasonable.
The café is over priced and very limited menu, with no hot food, I think they'd heat a sausage roll on request but at nearly £5 for a sausage roll I wasn't ordering one to find out!
The café IS NOT family friendly and the staff looked almost digusted we'd dare bring children there and annoyed to have to clean up my child's crisps crumbs!!

Terrible service and attitude from the Butcher today. I really needed a product for health reasons and the butcher was rude and extremely unhelpful. I’ll take my hard earned money elsewhere.

First visit to this farm shop. Very impressed. Great range of local produce. Loverly location not far from the centre of Wingham. Very nice coffee shop. Worth a visit if you're looking for local and Kent made produce or something different or for a special occasion.

One Star for the location and the cafe layout . Senior Staff rude, unhelpful and shouting in front of children and other visitors... which is very unprofessional. Cake looked very nice but with storing in a cooling display cabinet it was very dry and not enjoyable. The only thing I did enjoy was the Tea.

I’ve just taken the most beautiful Easter bonnet made by Mandy the florist at Gibsons, to a dear relative’s grave for Easter. I am so, so pleased with it. Thank you so much for such a stunning piece of work.
