Well my starter motor went on my Freelander yesterday so the RAC brought me to Signature, as I had a warranty. Took my Citroen Relay into here when I read that they do warranty approved work so you keep your manufacturers. Had a few jobs done here and compared to other garages I have been very happy with the service and costs for.
Signature MK offers inspection of your current car air conditioning system, a re-gas service and a decontamination treatment. Adverse effects can occur to your health if your car air conditioning isn't looked after properly, while you may also experience unpleasant smells, so an appointment with us will clear your vehicle of these air conditioning issues.

In July 2020 I took my car to have the air conditioning repaired. I had been quoted £800 for a condenser (for a Micra) and I agreed to pay this because I could see this car still serving me for the next 3 years at least. Within the fist 2 hours I got a phone call and was told "there has been a bit of wrong wiring and the car is damaged, we can buy… it off you or it can be repaired in 2 weeks". I relied on my car for work, I could not stay 2 weeks without a car. They offered £200 to buy it off - which I obviously declined as it would not have covered buying another car - and did

The RAC took my car to them when it broke down last week. They said the timing chain needs replacing and quoted me over £3,500!! My car isn’t old enough nor has it down may miles for the timing chain to need replacing. I asked them to do a thorough look at my car which they refused! I had the car taken to another garage for a second opinion and I’m… glad I did! They said they were talking rubbish, the problem is not the timing chain, the wrong oil was put in at its last service! The garage was able to drive my car around MK just fine!

Michelle on reception got me booked in the same day that I called and I left my car with them. I was informed my air con unit was bone dry and therefore needed a test. Michelle explained what this entailed, if I wished to go ahead, and would keep me informed. My air con system was thoroughly checked and tested and regassed. The service from initial phone call, updates and the testing of the air con was fantastic. I would recommend and go back here without a doubt. Thank you. Excellent service.

I agreed to have my car taken to signature on the recommendation of the RAC. I was extremely apprehensive about this as I had not heard of them added to the fact I have been stung quite badly historically in a similar circumstance. Having had the work completed I would like to thank Michelle who kept me informed during the repair and Barry for… fixing the thing and informing me of the technical stuff (I hope I have these names right ) on their Excellent service attitude and professional conduct . Hopping it doesn’t but should the need arise I will be using them again. Highley recommend

Bit late to leave a review but I have now used Signature MK a few times, and will never be looking for another garage again. Barry, Michelle and the others are a brilliant team, very friendly and informative. Helped me out no end. If there was an option for a 6 star review I'd do that instead, even if Barry wont swap his Renaultsport Recaro seats haha :D :D

They dealt with everything right from contacting and arranging the warranty work all the way through to fixing my car. I’m really satisfied with the work they have done and I recommend their service to anyone. The lady on reception was absolutely brilliant (no good with names) Thanks again guys, found my new favourite garage :)

I don't know where to start with this review. The best service I have ever received from anywhere, not just from a garage/car repair outlet, but any place ever. The AA dropped my car off there giving them less than 5 minutes warning due to my cam belt breaking, and from that point on they were courteous, open and honest. How they accommodated my constant and unreasonable requests for information and reassurance I will never know, but they did. The only downside to my entire experience with them was the realisation that I could have come here years ago. I will now flatly refuse to have my car serviced

It is rare to find a garage which is as knowledgeable, trustworthy and friendly as Signature MK LTD. They did a fantastic job making my 12 year old Audi TT run like new, taking time to answer all the questions I had. Both Barry and Michelle are super friendly, I can honestly say I enjoyed waiting for my car to be fixed (and the tea and chocolates!).

Good and honest garages are hard to come by and Signature fit into the excellent and honest category. The staff were excellent and communication was to the mark. I would recommend this garage and will be using them for any future work or service that I will be needing for my vehicle. A big thank you to Michelle.
