Established in 2019 by Fraser Gordon, Esk Property Solutions are based in Penicuik, Midlothian. We also operate throughout Edinburgh & Lothians offering a range of joinery services from the small but necessary jobs through to larger scale projects. Although a relatively new company, owner and head joiner, Fraser Gordon comes with over 15 years' expert industry experience.

Fraser provided an excellent service, installing a kitchen and floor to a fantastic standard and at a very reasonable price. He gave great advice and support on options when some parts of the job weren't straight forward and as a result we were extremely happy with the work carried out. I'd happily recommend Fraser to anyone as he was totally reliable, very hardworking and trustworthy!

Fraser done a great job on our decking last summer, just worked out how to post Google reviews now! He was professional, reliable and there when he said he would be. He did an amazing job and I would not hesitate in recommending him! Good honest tradesman are hard to come by and would definitely use his services again. Value for money too and top marks all round!!

Fraser was a pleasure to work with. He priced up quickly and accurately and was always ready to answer questions, or amend figures for any changes needed. He got in touch before the day he was due to start to make sure everything was ok, turned up when he said he would and got the work done quickly. He was putting a stud wall with doorway up for us and it looks great. We will definitely be using him again for future projects.
