The driver caused considerable damage to our drive way when he came to collect the skip which will cost us money to repair. When we sent pictures to show Enterprise what had happened they said they were not liable for any damage to property unless it was driver error. As we had already had 3 skips and no damage had been done by the other drivers this must have been down to the driver. So be aware when using this company they will not be held responsible for any damage they may do to your property during drop off or pick up of the skip. Best to read their terms and conditions as they tend to quote

I gave a call on Tuesday morning for 6Yrd skip , Thursday dropped it by most friendly driver who kept the skip at most convenient place. For pickup I rang at 2.30pm and it was picked same day 5pm by another friendly driver in a professional manner. One of best experience I had with their service, be it customer care lady or drivers. I strongly recommend them . By the way they were cheapest among 5 skip hire companies around Aylesbury. Cheaper than Hippobag service (From Wickes).
Next I am going to get aggregates from them which is cheaper than other suppliers around Aylesbury.

We've used Enterprise three times in the past. They have been always very good and reliable.
The level of their services have changed though and I won't be using them ever again. Our skip was not delivered on the agreed date and I had to chase up any sort of response a number of times. We've had builders contracted who were not able to use the skip on the agreed day and will have to pay them extra now to come another day to finish the job. I spoke to the owner, James Bone, who refused to offer any compensation, it seemed like he doesn't care and in the end he hung up on me. I won't be using their

This is the first time we have used Enterprise and I have to say we are really impressed. We ordered a Skip at 10am and it was delivered by 1pm. Filled the Skip and left a voicemail at 4.50pm to ask for it to be collected. 8.30 am the next morning it was gone. Can't ask for more. Next time we need a Skip we won't hesitate to call.

Ordered skip. Delivered to wrong address. Staff don’t listen and were rude. Office closes early. They promised to move it but didn’t.
It is now sitting in a stranger’s driveway for the weekend. Asked for a refund I’ll be surprised to get my £240 back any time soon. If you like paying in advance for services NOT delivered by all means hire them.
