I ordered several radiators from Reina.. and 4 of them are still sitting on the floor 6-7 months later as most turned up with no fixing brackets
I think I have called 10 times and sent 10-15 emails asking them to send them out. Finally they sent brackets but inexplicably only sent one half of what is required to put them on the wall
Do not use this company, they simply could not care less about their clients

When you look on the websites Reina have some truly stunning designs, however I think that is where it stops as they are unable to provide the actual product. Many resellers quote 2-3 days delivery, however in reality they have had many missed deliveries so more than three months later still no radiator. I have tried multiple resellers and as soon as you mentioned Reina the tone of their voice changes and they warn about delivery issues.

Been let down big time!
Ordered a Reina Diva chrome flat towel rad (through VP). The item was to come direct from Reina. Told a couple of weeks. Waited and waited (give them a bit of leeway). Finally after a few phone calls and emails, got a defo delivery date. They missed that too. So after 7 weeks, I've been told it will be another 6 weeks.. Or a refund?!
No apology from Reina at all (VP have apologized and are probably embarrassed by their behavior).
Reina`s customer service and care is absolutely awful, they should be ashamed of themselves.
AVOID!!!! Other makes available.

I couldn't have had a worse experience than that of Reina. They sent us through 2 lots of flat panel radiators. The first had the bleed valves threaded and so could not be installed. The second pair had the same issue AND also the panels on the radiators were not equally spread, meaning aesthetically it didn't work either.
Sent back both sets of radiators, having paid for installation time and pipe work of our plumber only for Reina to refuse to admit the fault and liability for this cost should lay with them. We are only asking for them to make a small cover of the costs that we should not be
